Sudha and team had organised 8 sessions for our office and all the sessions were absolutely amazing. There was something new for us in each session. Our trainer Kirti was very humble and co-operative. She ensured our correct postures in each and every stage. We also did meditation in all the sessions and after every session we felt the calmness within us. Highly recommended
As name says humble heart ❤, the girl is really very humble and polite with ocean of knowledge, i had cervical pain so i called yoga therapist and one of the team member H2 yoga VISITED my place and after few sessions of yoga my pain vanished, highly recommended H2 yoga for healthy living.
Really appreciate the patience and understanding with which Sudha designs the classes. She is also very flexible with schedule allowing you to not miss your workout. It would help to have some more clarity on the plan prior to classes.
